A roll-off dumpster is a great way to quickly and easily get rid of a lot of debris from construction, remodeling, or clean-out projects.

Our dumpsters can be used for any job, no matter how big or small. We have 15-yard, *20-yard, and 30-yard options available, so you can choose the one that best suits your needs.

A 15-yard roll-off dumpster can hold up to fifteen cubic yards of material, which is equivalent to the capacity of four pick-up trucks or 80 – 100 garbage bags.

A 20-yard roll-off dumpster can hold up to twenty cubic yards of material, which is equivalent to the capacity of six pick-up trucks or 110 – 130 garbage bags.

A 30-yard roll-off dumpster can hold up to thirty cubic yards of material, which is equivalent to the capacity of nine pick-up trucks or 170 – 190 garbage bags.

It may be tempting to just throw all trash away on your job site, but there are rules you need to follow. Using a roll-off dumpster is a quick and easy way to get rid of unwanted trash, construction debris, demolition materials, and yard waste while still following the rules.

When it comes to waste disposal, there are certain items that cannot go into any dumpster. These include materials classified as flammable, poisonous, hazardous or corrosive. Although some of these types may be harder to recognize than others, they should all nonetheless be avoided at all costs in order to ensure our safety and the integrity of our environment.

• Tires: More than 250 million scrap tires are generated in the United States every year. Tires cannot be thrown away in a landfill like other trash. They need to go through a special recycling process.
• Paints: Some paints, lacquers, and even their cans sometimes have harmful elements like mercury and lead.
• Motor oils: Oils that are used in vehicles and industrial equipment are generally considered to be hazardous.
• Asbestos: Asbestos is a very dangerous mineral fiber that was used to make construction materials more flame-resistant. It was used for ceilings, roofing, flooring, insulation, and more primarily in structures built before the late 1970s.
• Batteries: The chemicals, metals, and corrosive materials in batteries can pose a serious threat. This is particularly true for car batteries, which have a lead-acid composition.
• Fuels: Petroleum and gasoline are highly flammable and for that reason alone, they are banned at landfills. Unusable fuels can be disposed of at a local hazardous waste center.
• Propane Tanks
• Large Electronics: Televisions, computers, etc.
• Large Appliances: Refrigerators, freezers, stoves, etc.
• Liquids: No liquids of any type are allowed.
• Concrete, Brick, Dirt: We can accept these materials but we must know in advance to ensure that we provide the correct size and type of dumpster.

We deliver dumpsters between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM. If you have a certain time window you would prefer, please let us know and we’ll make it happen!

As long as we have clear directions about where you want us to place the dumpster and we have clear access to it, you don’t have to be present.

You can keep the dumpster as long as you’d like. However, there is an extra days fee that will be incurred if you keep it longer than the rental period.

Yes. They will be set up and prepped for use before the driver leaves the job site.

It is both an OSHA standard and best practice to have a portable restroom on a construction site. In fact, having a portable toilet on your job site can actually make you more efficient while also providing environmental and reputational benefits.

By providing a portable restroom on your job site, you can reduce the distance employees must travel to use a restroom as well as the time employees must spend searching for an alternative facility because no close restroom has been provided. Yes. Our trucks are outfitted with a pump and vacuum system to service restrooms onsite. Simply call us when there is a need for waste containment to be removed and we’ll service the restroom within 24 hours. A toilet cleaning/restocking fee will apply.

Waste is completely vacuumed out before the Elite dumpster is mounted on the truck.

As often as necessary. If the box isn’t full but the toilets need service, we’d be happy to service just the restroom. A nominal service fee will apply.
