“We are on our 2nd container with Redbox, and our delivery driver, Luis, was the face of the company in literally delivering perfect service. On time, and able to drop, park, and pick up at a location that was a big problem for other companies. This is where the service meets the customer face to face. A fair price & steel container aren’t anything more than that without the people behind them.”

I filled out the information on their website, picked a delivery date, and paid. I received an email the day before confirming my delivery and the dumpster was delivered with no issues. The dumpster itself had a door on one end that made it really easy to load. Once we had filled it a simple phone call to schedule the pickup and it was done. I am really happy I went with redbox+.”

“The dumpster arrived around 3 PM which was later than I wanted, but it was a fantastic size and the driver was incredible on the placement of the dumpster. I am moving and needed more time when I called they asked when I wanted it to be picked up, and I was able to push it 3 days which was super helpful. The customer service made it so easy and there was no charge for changing the days, They showed up at 7 AM on the day of the pickup which was great since I had the movers coming at 8. I will use them again. I highly recommend using this company. I have used another site for a dumpster and the service and value of redbox+ are far above the others.”
