Roll-off Dumpster Rentals in Louisville

Was looking for a dumpster to use for a home renovation project. Found Redbox+ and decided to give them a call. Was surprised to talk directly to the owner, Becky. She provided outstanding customer service throughout the entire rental process and showed up on time. Great communication throughout the process (I really liked being able to text with her as well). And I loved having the attached toilet for my contractor team to use…no awkward conversations about using my own bathroom, which was a relief. Highly recommend these guys!!

Thank you so much Becky and Redbox+! We recently had roof and interior work done on a few of our rental properties, which meant we had a lot of trash! Redbox+ delivered dumpsters on time and on budget. They were able to drop the dumpsters exactly where I needed them. Plus, they just look good. Having a dumpster in front of a real estate investment property can be tricky. Redbox+ dumpsters are clean and professional and their drivers are skilled at squeezing in dumpsters in even the smallest spaces. The customer service is outstanding. I will absolutely use them every single time!

We had quite a bit of yard work and wanted to take care of it over a weekend. It was very easy to book and they dropped it off in a timely manner. My neighbor even completed the look of the dumpster in our driveway. We finished sooner than expected and they promptly picked it up early! The team at redbox+ is at the top of their game. We have a floor renovation going on and I called and got Becky. From first conversation, to pick up today, the best customer experience one could have renting a dumpster! It was clean, easy to order, and efficient. The delivery truck driver was the most courteous, nicest, and had the highest attention to detail. We have a low hangin Japanese Maple and low cable wire across the driveway. He politely knocked on the the door and asked if i could help him. He had a nice pole to lift the branches and cable to not do damage our tree or cable line. Can’t thank him enough for that and he should get a free lunch!! Thank you again Becky and mr. truck driver!
