During a warehouse transition our normal service provider dropped the ball, and redbox+ was able to show up literally 90 minutes after my first call to pick up one of three large trash loads during the day. At the end of the shift our dock area was cleared up for product loading that evening. Rhett assisted in the loading of the dumpsters, and let us know the best way to pack things in to avoid spills, excess weight charges, etc. He was responsive to calls, provided excellent ETAs, and provided various methods of payment.
