From the first call to request services my experience with redbox+ Dumpster customer service was top-notch. I first want to thank Chris who was the person who helped me throughout the process of selecting the right size for my project. He was very pleasant to talk to and took his time to explain the process. He made sure to coordinate everything in a timely manner. Their prices are competitive and fair. I was doing a garage clean-up and had too much to just leave by the curb. I called them and the staff was very friendly and answered all my questions. They also worked with me to make sure I got exactly what I needed. On the day of, they arrived right when they said they would. I was worried about damage to my driveway; they did a great job and there were no cracks afterward. When I was done, I called them and it was gone the next day. I would definitely use them again.

Sales rep Chris Hoaglund was absolutley awesome. Very fast in responding to communications and answered all my questions. The driver Jay was awesome as well, he arrived right on time and worked with me on pickup times.
