We have never rented a dumpster before and our first inclination was to use our waste collection company — we had even reserved something big enough to hold our bathroom demo waste. We had been very surprised however by the price they were charging and were extra perplexed to find out that they even charged more when the unit was reserved by phone, rather than online. Then we came across Redbox. The price was about 1/3 of the collection company’s and the container was better suited to our needs as well. It arrived on time and the pickup was easy. Can’t recommend them enough!”

I am moving and needed more time when I called they asked when I wanted it to be picked up, and I was able to push it 3 days which was super helpful. The customer service made it so easy and there was no charge for changing the days, They showed up at 7 AM on the day of the pickup which was great since I had the movers coming at 8. I will use them again. I highly recommend using this company. I have used another site for a dumpster and the service and value of Redbox is far above the others.”

“I am a retired builder from Boston building my daughter’s house out here in Silverado CA. I had no relationships with any contractors or vendors so it was like starting over 40 years ago. It is a task trying to find good reliable companies to make sure the job goes smoothly. I was lucky my first pick was Redbox. We had a 4500 sq. ft. existing house that needed to be partly salvaged and partly demolished. The scope of work entailed stripping the roof tiles, the stucco, parts of the foundation, roof sheathing, sheetrock, interior and exterior walls, flooring, and all the metal. All of the materials needed to be loaded in different size containers. Redbox was able to deliver 20-yard containers for the recyclable cement, 40-yard containers for the lumber and trash, and 30-yard containers for the recyclable metals all on schedule so our demolition contractor was never held up waiting. These containers were being picked up, and drop off with a day’s notice which is very difficult to coordinate. Diana in the office handled the scheduling like she was at the job site, not missing a beat. Not once did we have any downtime waiting. This was over a 90-day period. All the drivers were professional. They got out of the truck and inspected the drop-off area, never impatient wanting to get to the next job. The containers were brushed off and covered prior to hitting the pavement making sure no debris would fall off through the neighborhoods. Nothing can be more annoying than having the authorities show up from complaining neighbors, and shutting down jobs until you sweep the street. No doubt redbox+ of Orange County should be your next Dumpster Rental Company.”
