Permits are almost never required when placing a dumpster on private property. If you are placing a dumpster on public property, such as a street or a parking lot, then a dumpster permit may be required. We recommend checking with your local municipality first. The disposal facility weight the materials on a scale and the scales are regulated by state bureaus of weights and measures.

If the weight of the materials in your dumpster exceeds the included weight quoted, you will be charged for the additional weight at the specified tonnage rate. We are charged by weight at the disposal facility and we pass along this charge accordingly.

If you finish with your dumpster early, there is no refund for unused time and no guarantee an early pickup can occur. For example, if you have a 10-day rental and fill the dumpster in 5 days, there is no refund for the remaining 5 days, even though it is ready for pick-up. We suggest allowing extra time on your dumpster rental length due to weather or unexpected delays.

For steep slope area, we carry wood block to level out the dumpster to make sure it is leveled and secured. Feel free to text us a photo to double check.

Yes, your dumpster will have a hinged door that swings open. The door of the dumpster sits at the back end of the truck.

No, our roll-off dumpster rentals do not include any type of cover or lid. We highly recommend using a tarp secured with bungee cords to cover the dumpster to help keep out unnecessary weight from precipitation and unwanted debris from nearby residents.

No, as long as we have clear directions as to where you want us to place it. We recommend moving your vehicle to the street if the container is in your driveway. Please ensure the area in front of the container is clear and that it’s loaded below the “DO NOT FILL ABOVE LINE” to avoid additional charges.

Delivery can be any time between 7am – 7pm, please ensure area is clear and accessible. Routes are dynamic and we cannot provide an ETA. If you need it for an early start, please request delivery the day before. Delivery date does NOT count as your first day of the rental.

We recommend ordering at least 24 hours in advance to ensure we have a dumpster available. Please note there is no guaranteed delivery time, so if a roll off dumpster is needed first thing in the morning, delivery should be scheduled for the day prior

We accept all major credit or debit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover). Credit card payment can be made online or over the phone. No Cash payment. Payment is due at the time of booking.

You may cancel or change an order via call/text or email at officeleigh@redboxplus.com. A trip fee of $150 may apply if the driver is already en route.

You can call or text us so we can remove it as soon as schedule allows. No extra cost to have your dumpster picked up sooner. If you need another dumpster, we are happy to empty the full one and return it back. An empty & return is considered a new dumpster rental.

Yes, you might request more time. We will do our best to accommodate your need. An additional fee may be required.

Yes, you need to let us know when to remove the dumpster. We do not automatically remove the dumpster. If you know the last day of your project, we can preschedule the pick-up. We’ll remove it in the next business day or two.
