“We used Redbox+ Grand Rapids when we redid our roof and demo’ed an entire bathroom (see ya 1962 pink tile and cast iron tub!). 5-star experience from my first of three inquiring phone calls (we thought we were going to start this project a year ago…then 6 months ago…finally started, yay!), Kim and Amy were an absolute pleasure to work with, both the drop-off and pickup gentlemen were professional and friendly, communication with Amy during our project was fun (she laughed at all my jokes!), the dumpster was shiny and clean and, though we didn’t use them, came with porta-johns to which our contractor friend exclaimed, “This is genius, I’ve never seen this before.” They also sent a handwritten thank-you note after the dumpster was dropped off. I did call at least half a dozen rental places to get quotes and, while there might be better “deals” out there , ultimately it was the friendliness and professionalism of Kim and Amy that won out, and also I had the pleasure of knowing I was supporting a local small business owner. We will not hesitate to use Redbox+ again!”
