Q. If I buy product, do I have to stay as Red Box Plus, or can I keep my name and colors?
A. If you wish to keep your name and colors, you do not have to stay Red Box Plus.
When you order boxes, you have your choice of box color. For a small
additional fee, we will letter your boxes with your company name. However,
as Red Box Plus grows nationally, and eventually internationally, it might be an
advantage to keep the Red Box Plus name.
Q. Do I have to purchase the entire system (truck, tanks & pumps, boxes, portables)?
A. No. Each item may be purchased separately and in any quantity desired. In
fact, if you own a roll-off truck, it can be retrofitted with the Red Box Plus pump &
tank system, making it capable to service portable toilets. Also, if you already
have portable toilets, you can purchase boxes and just slide them in.
Q. How do I charge for the box and toilet services?
A. Fees for box and toilet rental vary per region and company. Typical box fees include a “drop fee” to deliver the container, as well as a tonnage fee to dump. Portable toilet rentals also typically charge a “drop” fee as well as a service charge to clean and service the portable toilet. Other various fees include fuel charges, extended stay charges, overweight tonnage charges, and disposal fees.
Q. Where do I drop off the solid and liquid waste?

A. Although lead time may vary per region, a typical order of a truck with
mounted pumps and tanks, boxes and portables may take 3-6 weeks for
completion.
